Sniffing out media bias....
Check out this passage I found reading an AP piece about Kerry's attack on Iraqi Prime Minister Ayad Allawi:
Allawi, who was in Washington on Thursday to address a joint meeting of Congress and meet with President Bush, gave a rosy portrayal of progress toward peace in his country.Excuse me? A "rosy" portrayal? A rather cynical depiction of the Prime Minister's words, isn't it?
At no point during the speech do I recall the Prime Minister using that term, or telling anyone that Iraq is anywhere near being "rosy".
John Kerry has been using that kind of language in characterizing Bush's utterances on Iraq. Looks like the Associated Press is following his lead.
