Gay marriage is about CANADA!




QUICK HIT
Don't be fooled by gay marriage advocates who argue it's OK because religions will be protected. This is a side issue. The gay marriage bill, even if it pertains to civil marriages, affects ALL CANADIANS and will be the law of the land for ALL OF CANADA. It's about the values we adopt as a nation, not just about the protections we provide to religious institutions. If the bill passes, it means CANADA and CANADIANS endorse gay marriage - ALL OF US. Don't be fooled by the argument that it won't affect you. Our laws are supposed to affect all of us. And gay marriage affects all of us! Speak up if you don't approve of gay marriage. It's your country; it's your society; it's your values you should stick up for - even if it means gay marriage is wrong and Canada should reject it wholeheartedly. It's not just about religion. It's about Canada. Let's stop gay marriage. It affects us all.

Do you believe Queen Elizabeth II, "Defender of the Faith", will enact legislation that is contrary to the Christian faith?

According to the Christian faith, marriage is honourable in all (Hebrews 13:4) whereas homosexual relationships (Romans 1:26-27) are not honourable.

Also, "he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, how he may please [his] wife" and "she that is married careth for the things of the world, how she may please [her] husband" (1 Corinthians 7:33-34).
