Liberals refuse to look in the rearview mirror
If Ken Dryden thinks we needed a debate about Afghanistan "in the first place," then why in the world didn't his government provide us with one? That's when debates about missions are supposed to happen, Ken — not right in the middle of trying to complete them.UPDATE (Wed. Sep. 6, 5:05 pm): Good to see some Liberals agreeing with me. There's hope for the party yet, folks.
As I've suggested in the past, the Ignatieff people seem more willing than other Liberals to take that needed look in the rearview mirror. I just wish more of them did it sooner.
