Media Watch
I'm watching a clip from CTV of former Liberal hack Scott Reid waxing not-so-eloquently about Harper's upcoming speech at the UN. Reid was introduced as a political commentator. The label on the graphic below his face said the same thing. No mention of his obvious ties to the Liberal Party of Canada. I could only watch half of the clip, so I don't know if they mentioned his Liberal ties eventually. But they sure did their best to that point to hide it from viewers.
Yet more ammunition for people like me who say media like CTV is biased for liberals. Depicting fellow liberals as "objective commentators" is a common tactic they resort to, and one we'll keep pointing out as we come across it.
