Give us a break
With all the pressing issues facing this nation, is the best that the opposition can do is pretend that an unrecorded insult allegedly directed at Belinda Stronach is somehow an affront to all women everywhere?
UPDATE (4:36 pm): Also, for what it's worth, I find it interesting that words allegedly spoken in the heat of political heckling, and that are not a part of the public record, have sparked so much debate across the country and within the media. What's next? A national referendum on what Belinda said about Peter in gym class? There's a lot of hot air going around in political circles lately.
