Fife also says nomination papers at stake
I see that National Newswatch is highlighting a report by CTV's Mike Duffy that Dion will not sign the nomination papers of MPs who refuse the toe the party line regarding the provisions in the anti-terror legislation now making the headlines. Dion does not want to renew those provisions, so he's doing what he can to whip his caucus on the issue.
I just wanted to add to the story by pointing out that Robert Fife was reporting the same thing later in the day on Mike Duffy's show. He, too, reported on leaks coming from intense Liberal caucus meetings that say Dion will not sign the nomination papers of those who want to keep the anti-terror provisions in place.
