Where was Dion today?
On a day when the Liberals spent almost the entire question period attacking the prime minister on a point of integrity, why wasn't their leader front-and-centre leading the way? At this point, you have to wonder if Stéphane Dion is even qualified to be leader of the opposition, never mind prime minister.

UPDATE (10:53 pm): By the way, Harper has been using the word "caucus" a lot in describing the Liberal position on the provisions in the anti-terror laws. Therefore, I have to believe that Harper's selection of Bains as a target was no isolated incident, but part of a larger political strategy. In other words, this ain't over by a long shot.
