Mark Holland again

Let's see if I've got this straight. The Liberals accuse the Tories of being negligent on privacy issues because they left behind some boxes containing confidential documents. The Liberals rifled through those confidential documents, decided to keep some for the basis of a political attack on the government, while returning those they didn't need anymore. They then turn around and have the gall to accuse the government of being negligent on privacy issues?

Just who in the world is running the show at Liberal party headquarters?

By the way, when are people in the Liberal party or the media going to realize that Mark Holland is a loser?

Comments:
Speaking of losers...

The Tories left them behind. It was their responsibility to keep them safe. Period. It is nobody's responsibility not to read them. Loser.

The Liberals can't have it both ways on this. The moment they decided to use the documents for a political attack against Day, they can't then turn around and say the Tories are bad at protecting confidential documents.

If the Tories are at fault for carelessness, the Liberals are at fault for wilful violating of privacy.

Again, you can't have it both ways — unless you're Mark Holland, of course.

Apples and Oranges. The fax in question re: Stock Day is evidence of criminal acts. They have an obligation to disclose that. Personnel files? You can tell what they are at once, and simply not read them... loser.

In this new attack by Holland, which is the second on this matter and about the twentieth altogether, the allegation is that the Tories were careless with "confidential documents".

Now, if they're confidential, then the Liberals had no business rifling through them in the first place, right?

It's the same thing with Mark Holland over and over again. His attacks go nowhere, so he desperately finds new angles.

I don't know why anybody listens to that guy anymore. Perhaps more importantly, I don't know why Dion allows these unfocused and wild antics to go on endlessly.

"Now, if they're confidential, then the Liberals had no business rifling through them in the first place, right?"

If they were confidential, then they should not have been left behind in a pile. It is not anyone else's job to protect those documents. Besides, the Liberas have said that they did NOT rifle through them. They saw that they were personnel records and have returned them. Loser.

I suppose, in Anonymous' world, if you drop your wallet and someone, say Mark Holland, picks it up, then it is your fault for dropping it, and not his for taking it.

You should really try to come up with an analogy that is, you know, analogous. Loser.

But still, in your crappy false analogy, nobody took anything. They found it. The difference is intent. If someone abandons property (and not lose property as in your analogy) one can assume that they do not want it anymore. Get a clue.

When a wallet drops, how do you know if it is abandoned or lost? If property is left behind when an office moves, how do you know if it is abandoned or forgotten?

If a troll finds your wallet, will you get it back? I doubt it.

"If property is left behind when an office moves, how do you know if it is abandoned or forgotten?"

If there are laws regarding the dafekeeping iof that property and it is is forgotten, it is totally irresponsible and illegal. And if it is abandoned, um, same thing.

Troll yourself, loser. Last refuge of a moron is to call troll.

Being an MP Mark Holland would know full well that any boxes left behind could contain confidential, personal or private information without the needing to rummage through them first. It was incumbent upon him to respect that privacy just as it would be for any private citizen who happens upon someone else's personal property. But not only did he fail to do this, he brought in a bunch of his buddies to have a look too. Clearly the guy is completely untrustworthy.

I can sort of understand that Holland would be gunning for Conservatives but what about all those other names, addresses, associates, etc. in the boxes. Does Holland think that their privacy should be sacrificed in the name of his redemption? What a loser.

By the way, property management would be responsible for moving the contents of Day's office not Day himself so if there is negligence it is on the part of property management.

Is this the Liberal's HOLLANDGATE ..???!!!

Just imagine if the roles were reversed, and the Conservatives had done this to the Liberals .... the MSM would be screaming that the Conservatives had stolen confidential Liberal documents ....!!!

Well, the accuser and the evidence certainly became the story in the Grewal affair, didn't it? Or do they only become a story when a blue C is the designation for their party affiliation, instead of a red L?
