When did Apple turn into the PC geek?
No, you're not the only one to notice that Apple might be a wee bit overselling its latest techno offering: the iPad. (clicking on the photo takes you to a page that has a video of what I'm talking about)
Not exactly sure why they're doing it. Aren't they supposed to be the cool computer company, while Microsoft's the loser geek?
Yet here they are telling us as enthusiastically as they can just how cool and amazing their new product is, which isn't really a cool or amazing way of going about it, is it?
I thought good products were in part supposed to sell themselves. For whatever reason, Apple doesn't seem to think so about the iPad. Interesting.
For the record, it looks like a cool product, even if they're not being cool about how they're selling it.
